4. The local section is planning to continue the Project SEED program this summer. This program pairs local high school students with mentors from local companies to work during the summer on a specific project. The students are paid for their efforts through a grant from the American Chemical Society, and the mentors train these eager students for specific tasks. If you are interested in being a mentor for this summer, please contact Robert Fanick at rfanick@swri.org.
